XHTML Slicing respects its customers' conviction to get their designs sliced in the way modules were positioned in the designs. We offer our customers a complete refund of their money if:

• The order of the customers is not completed on time.
• The request to cancel the order is received by us before we take on the task of the customer.
• The customer is not satisfied by the work.
• The design is not upto the expectations of the client. (This implies when the customer orders to design as well alongwith slicing.)

Cancellations
A 'cancellation', or 'cancellation of an order', occurs when the customer voids an order for the withdrawal of funds from the customer's card account or bank account before the work on his/her order is started. XHTML Slicing will not collect the deposit from the customer & the previously authorized funds will be released at the card issuing bank's discretion.
