Money Back Policy

XHTML Slicing respects its customers' conviction to get their designs sliced in the way modules were positioned in the designs. We offer our customers a complete refund of their money if:

  • The order of the customers is not completed on time.
  • The request to cancel the order is received by us before we take on the task of the customer.
  • The design is not upto the expectations of the client. (This implies when the customer orders to design as well along with slicing.)
  • In cases where unsatisfactory performance has been made by XHTML Slicing, the Customer must allow a reasonable amount of time for XHTML Slicing.com to treat the refund.

Cancellations
A 'cancellation', or 'cancellation of an order', occurs when the customer voids an order for the withdrawal of funds from the customer's card account or bank account before the work on his/her order is started. XHTML Slicing will not collect the deposit from the customer & the previously authorized funds will be released at the card issuing bank's discretion.

 
Refunds
You may contact us regarding your purchase from XHTML Slicing for a full refund in case of any of the aforementioned reasons. A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a product to the customer. XHTML Slicing accomplishes the refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer's card or account at the card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate card or account at the card issuing bank of customer.
